Policies and Regulations
A. Booking and cancellation Policy
Booking requests and inquiries may be done by e-mail or by calling 1 800 387 2053.
Information required: name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number as well as number of persons.
As a deposit, amount of 1 night rate or $100.00 will be taken from credit card. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or letter showing cost with taxes, deposit and balance owing.
Cancellation Policy - 14 days prior to arrival with refund of deposit less a $10 service fee.
B. Pet Policy
Small dogs are allowed in some units with permission from owner.
Pets must be on leash outdoors and cleaned up after.
Pets cannot be left in room unattended unless crated.
C. Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted outdoors with outdoor-ashtrays provided.
Charges will apply for anyone who does not abide by this policy.
D. Pool Regulations
1. Swim at your own risk.
2. Children must be supervised at all times.
3. No running on deck.
4. No breakables in pool area.
5. No diving or roughhousing.
6. No smoking in pool area
7. Proper swim attire must be worn. Bathers must shower before entering pool.
8. No swimming if you have an infectious or contagious illness.
9. Guests are requested to bring their own pool and beach towels.
10. Maximum number of persons in the pool is 39.
